Every year during Pride Month, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels respected, seen, and celebrated for who they truly are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">June 2025 has been no exception. Ogurians across the globe came together\u2014virtually and in person\u2014to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and raise vital funds for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/giveout.org\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Give Out<\/a>, a charity that supports LGBTQ+ human rights activists and organizations worldwide. We deepened our commitment through a valued partnership with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mygwork.com\/fr\/organizations\/ogury?utm_content=396171498&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=linkedin&amp;hss_channel=lcp-5210953\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">MyGwork<\/a>, a global LGBTQ+ business network and key ally in building a more equitable workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-heading-4-font-size\">Why Pride Matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Pride Month is more than rainbow flags and celebrations\u2014it\u2019s a time to recognize the ongoing struggles for equality, amplify LGBTQ+ voices, and build a more inclusive future. The statistics tell a sobering story: according to a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.randstad.com\/press\/2024\/one-in-three-lgbtqi-workers-believe-their-sexuality-gender-identity-has-negatively-affected-their-career\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">global survey<\/a>, 41% of LGBTQ+ workers have faced discrimination at work. At Ogury, we strive to be part of the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-turquoise-color has-text-color has-link-color has-heading-4-font-size wp-elements-e8252db456b86998966fbe26664f778b\"><strong>Pride in Action: A Month of Impact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Our global and local campaigns were designed to engage, educate, and empower our people, with a clear purpose: to celebrate identity and drive meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-turquoise-color has-text-color has-link-color has-heading-4-font-size wp-elements-7fdabcf697a92b848ce8ee7a2427294d\"><strong>Global Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Move With Pride Challenge:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Ogurians around the world took part in the Move With Pride step challenge to support LGBTQ+ rights. To join, each participant made a minimum donation of $5 to GiveOut \u2014turning their steps into direct help for the cause.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>#SnapTheFlag Campaign:<\/strong>\u00a0Sharing a selfie with Pride colors or the flag\u00a0triggered a $10 donation from Ogury to Give Out.
