Ogury is thrilled to announce that we have won in the HR & Employer Branding category at La Nuit des Rois<\/a>.<\/span> This award celebrates organizations prioritizing their employees, fostering a positive workplace culture, and demonstrating excellence in attracting, retaining, and engaging talent.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The grand awards ceremony will take place on May 29 in Paris, with this year’s esteemed jury comprising 50 C-suite and decision-makers from renowned organizations such as Nespresso, L’Or\u00e9al, The Walt Disney Company, Figaro Media, The Trade Desk, and LVMH. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2020, Ogury\u2019s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy has been driven by <\/span>four major campaigns<\/span><\/a>: Women’s Month, Mental Wellbeing Awareness Month, Pride Month, and Movember. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these initiatives, Ogury\u2019s strategy also includes <\/span>Charitable giving<\/strong> (with <\/span>Givsly<\/span><\/a>), <\/span>Global Community Days<\/strong>, our <\/span>Standards Excellence Award<\/strong>, where employees can nominate the people who best embody the company\u2019s culture and standards daily, a <\/span>Competency Framework<\/strong> tool that enables a clear understanding of how to perform and grow within the organization, and the <\/span>Manager Academy 2.0<\/strong>, to provide managers with critical tools to support their teams and take their managerial skills to the next level.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
